Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- ⅔ Lemon Juice
- ⅔ Water
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 scoop Stryve Nutrition Fruit Fusion Pre Workout
- 1 scoop Stryve Nutrition Berry Blue Pre Workout
- 1 scoop Stryve Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Protein
Instructions:
- Combine raspberries, 1 scoop of fruit fusion pre workout, ½ cup lemon juice and ⅓ cup water. Fill ⅓ of popsicle molds with this mixture and freeze (1-2 hours)
- Combine Stryve Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Protein with water. Fill ⅓ above the raspberry mix in popsicle molds and freeze.
- Combine blueberries, 1 scoop of berry blue pre workout, ½ cup lemon juice and ⅓ cup water. Fill the remaining space in popsicle molds and freeze.
