  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup flaxseed
  • ½ cup water (or a non-dairy beverage for a creamier texture)
  • 1 scoop Stryve Nutrition Bone Broth
  • Ice


Place mixed berries, bananas and flaxseed and your liquid of choice in a blender. Top up with one scoop of Stryve Nutrition Bone Broth Protein and ice. Blend until smooth
